For A Week And A Half I Have Had Pressure

For a week and a half I have had pressure and pain in right lower front side. It moves around and goes up to right waist line and now is also in left waist line and below. Have a lot of gurgling sounds when I lay down.
I can feel it gurgling when I put my hand on my stomach. 2 days ago I took gavascon and it has relieved the gurgling by about 3/4.
