For A While Now I Have Had Such Sore Feet,and

For a while now I have had such sore feet,and lower leg aches...I have tried different shoes, gel pads,etc. my shins seem to be gettin a little shiny,tight looking but swollen with fluid at all..with little red dots.....it's strange,but really bothering me..have not gone to my primary yet...any ideas?
