For About 2 Weeks Now, I Have Been Experiencing Nausea

For about 2 weeks now, I have been experiencing nausea in the mornings when I wake up for school and throughout the day periodically, and of course when I return home in the afternoons. I barely am able to stomach any foods, even chicken soup and saltine crackers, even though I never am able to throw up. What is going on with me right now?
