For About 3-4 Days My Left Shoulder Blade Has Felt

For about 3-4 days my left shoulder blade has felt like fire going through it. Now my fingers on mynleft hand go stiff and twitch and numb. My arm muscle twitches also. My back pain is so bad I can't sleep, sit, walk or lay without extreme discomfort.
