For About 3 Days I Have Been Internally Cold And

For about 3 days I have been internally cold and nothing is helping - tried hot showers, hot tea, more clothing etc but this is internal and it won't go away - coupled with fatigue. I don't have a cough, fever, etc so I am concerned what could be causing this.
