For About 4 Months Or So Around The Time I

For about 4 months or so around the time I start my cycle I have an episode where I’ll be up for more than 24 hours. Like, yesterday I got up at 6am got my boys ready for school and I fell back asleep until about 1030am but I didn’t go to sleep until 2pm this afternoon. I literally am not tired and can’t fall asleep. Why is this? I did turn 40 this year as well.
