For About 4 Weeks Now, My Top Lip Has Had

For about 4 weeks now, My top Lip has had the sensation of being chapped and feels swollen at times. I have looked and they are neither chapped or appear to be swollen. I've never had this happen before and it's very worrisome as I have had skin cancer and fear the worse of course.
