For About 5 Months I Have Been Having Pain Around

For about 5 months I have been having pain around my belly button. I thought it was my belly button ring, so I took it out. Well today the pain came back. After my lunch, a very sharp pain came at the bottom of my belly button on the right side. It is getting worse by the minute and it is very tender to the touch.
