For About A Month I've Had A Tenderness In The

For about a month I've had a tenderness in the center of my armpit, pain a 2-3 out of 10. Really only notice it while sleeping at night, I think clothes shelter it. But the last few days I've felt a lump about the size of a dime there. Any thoughts? THANKS
