For About A Month I've Had Left Shoulder Pain. I

For about a month I've had left shoulder pain. I thought I pulled a muscle while working. Pain is dull, but ever present. My daughter, an RN, noticed swelling in my neck on the left side. I've been tired for several weeks. I also have a rash on the roof of my mouth, headache, and swollen glands near left jaw and ear.
