For About A Week I Have Been Feeling Sluggish, Aching

For about a week I have been feeling sluggish, aching all over, low on energy and talerance of others. I was just checked for the flu yesterday and that was rulled out. Because of minimal sleep these past few weeks I was given Ambien. As home care provider, I need to be back to my usual health as soon as possible. I had one nights sleep and a day off from work with little change. What else can I do?
