For About A Week I've Been Experiencing Pain In Both

For about a week I've been experiencing pain in both legs (I've had peripheral neuropathy for 22 years, starting gradually and working up to my knees), a hot body for much of the day, and now noisy vertebrae and a disconnect when I aim to reach for something (even a key on the computer). Seems often when I think to make some little motion, I find myself doing similar, but different one. My balance has gotten worse this past week and I've gotten a walker which is helpful. Have you any suggestions for alleviating any of this?
