For About Ten Years From About November To March I

For about ten years from about November to March I get itchy heated skin from elbows to shoulder. I hav been to many skin specialists who hav given all sorts explanations. I have given up wearing nail varnish I cover up in the sun etc all to no avail. I scratch and then the skin just opens and through at joke it bleeds. When my arms are heated my whole body is heated. I get blood everywhere on sheets pillows clothes. Please help
