For About The Last 2 Weeks , The Palms Of

For about the last 2 weeks , the palms of my hands have been itching! I accidently put a small puncture wound in my left hand today while cutting a tomato. I put peroxide on it and a bandaid but the rest of my hand where the peroxide ran was white and burning! I tried to rinse it off with cold water but the white remained,didnt burn as much but itches like crazy! I have never had anything happen lke this before! Do u have any idea what could be causing this and should I see a Doctor?
