For About The Last 3 Wks I Have Had An

For about the last 3 wks I have had an area at the base of my neck between the collar bones. It is red, itchy & slightly raised. The itchiness comes & goes but the skin redness seems to never change. At times, I feel it's harder to swallow. I also experience waves of heat rising throughout my body & flushing color in my face.
