For About The Past 3-4 Weeks I've Been Experiencing 2

For about the past 3-4 weeks I've been experiencing 2 symptoms and not sure if I should be concerned. Symptom 1 is that only my face and chin will get quite warm and turn red. My neck, chest and rest of body feel normal temperature and no change in color. It happens both at rest and during activity. Symptom 2 is a dizziness ir room spinning feeling....but only happens when I first lie down in bed and when I first get up out if bed.
