For about two weeks I have felt nauseous after eating and if drinking small amounts of alcohol. I have also been fatigued and I've been eating as usual but appetite is not the same. This tends to hit late to mid afternoon. Sometimes I feel like I'm going to vomit or have to go to the bathroom
