For About Two Weeks Now, My Left Arm And Left

For about two weeks now, my left arm and left hand start to "go to sleep" when I sit at the computer in a chair which has no arms. This has never happened before, and I have had the same computer chair for years! This does not really happen in other chairs or in chairs with arms. . . .?
