For About Two Years I Have Been Getting Coarse Black

For about two years I have been getting coarse black hair along my jaw line, I had the copper iud fitted and since then each month I've been getting spotting and when my period is due it's so heavy I can only use a tampon and a pad for no more than two hours before it soaks through I'm dizzy and light headed and feel sick a lot. The only relief I get from severe pains is either trying to go toilet for an wee or crouching on the floor. also for the past few months the only way I can explain it is my blood feels like it's tingly or burning slightly I hope someone can help as I don't know what to do.
