For Almost A Week Now My Hands Have Been Itching

For almost a week now my hands have been itching badly. Some days its not so bad. Just ten minutes ago my right hand starting to get itchy badly and noticed red spots with white halos around them. I went to the doctors and they did blood work. They said they would have results by Friday. Now its Tuesday and still no answer
