For As Long As I Can Remember, I’ve Had Episodes

For as long as I can remember, I’ve had episodes where I space out. I have since had two EEG’s done and nothing came up. The first one was anywhere in between 30 minutes to a hour. While the second one was for three days. I only episodes during the second one. If I had to guess I’d say around 10 episodes of spacing out. However, nothing was detected. Is there any possibility that I could have seizures? I do not believe I do at this point but they are wanting to try and force a seizure but I want to know the chances of finding a seizure at this point.
