For As Long As I Can Remember My Hands Are

For as long as i can remember my hands are always red or purple and the look horrible and people always question me about them. Very rarely are they normal, when they are is when they are above my chest and then they turn back to red/purple. Iv had a heart problem when i was born but its fine now and not sure if thats got anything to do with it.. im just to the point im over the way they look
