For Close To Ten Years I've Had Severe Stiffness/tension On

For close to ten years i've had severe stiffness/tension on the left side of my body.its mainly in my left jaw,face,pectoral,kneck,throat,head,upper shoulder,upper back and trapezius muscle.and also my abdomen and hip.only the left side of my body is affected.theres no pain.only severe tension.it triggers my gag reflects and makes me vomit and cough.uncomfortable to talk and trouble swallowing.my friend can feel a knot in my trapezius and there is a spot on bottom of my rib cage on left that has small knot and when i push it or massage it the tension is relieved for a few seconds.it feels like entire left side is being squeezed constantly and makes it difficult to breath because it ferls constricted
