For Conceiving With Pcod From My Second Day Of Period

For conceiving with pcod from my second day of period 5 clomiphene tab taken ,on 13'th day TVS done shows thickened endometrium with dominant follicles in left ovary ,then inj.hcg 5000 taken for follicle rupture.Then from 17'th day of period 15 duphastone tab taken .Today is my period date UPT become negative. Any chance for become a positive result.
