For Far Too Long I Have Got Cramps In My

For far too long I have got cramps in my hamstrings inner thigh and top my thigh all through my legs actually sometimes all at once and I don't know why it happens over and over it over you my pain tolerance is very high at this point but I'm sick of this I need help nobody should have to wake up in the middle of the night to a searing and/or die muscle pulling like it wants to escape from your body ..please help
