For Four Years, I've Been Getting This Weird Smell In

For four years, I've been getting this weird smell in my nose-almost like perfume, but I know what my perfume and deodorant smell like and it's not that. I don't know how to explain it, but it comes and goes every month or two. It bothers me so much and it won't go away.
