For Just Over A Week Ago I Noticed A Patch

For just over a week ago I noticed a patch of red spot / cluster of a sort of rash on my right lower ribs and abdomen. They were slightly itchy. For about 3-4 days now a severe pain has developed all around my lower right back and ribs. Hurts all night cant sleep. No heavy exercise or things of that sort.
