For Last 4-5 Days Most Probably Due To Some Food

For last 4-5 days most probably due to some food intake i got itching throughout my bodies and it becomes red in color. But when i apply clop cream over it , it gives a soothing effect and comes down. It seems to be an allergy. What medicine should i take orally and apply externally on the affected area. I am 46 years old male, takes oral medicine for diabetic regularly for last one year but its under control (fasting - 92, P.P - 127). My medicine are Trigulin 2, Telfirst AM, Zita plus, D-Bose MP 375, Rosuvas cv 10 and Esverol capsule.
