For Many Years I've Experienced A Sore Burning Sensation In

For many years I've experienced a sore burning sensation in the toes of my right foot. It seems to go in cycles and gets progressively worse with a deep soreness in the toes and a surface burning, then it will disappear or at least get much better for a time and then starts again. It seems to be worse in tight fitting shoes that give little or no air to the toes. At times it gets so severe and sore that I have to slip the shoe off for about 20 minutes and then I can slip the shoe on. There3 is never any outward manifestations no discolouration or rashes of any sort. I have tried athletes foot medications and have even had an anti fungal medice from my doctor. Nothing helps.
