For Months I Have Been Seeing Bits In My Urine-

For months I have been seeing bits in my urine- sometimes lots of tiny black dots, or short hair like strands- this morning quite a largish particle that looked pinkish. I urinate, or feel the need to urinate a lot and the particles are more noticeable in my first urine or in the middle of the night. It does not hurt to urinate but I have feeling of constant discomfort in that region as though I need to urinate all the time.
