For My Dad, Known Patient Of Hypertention, Habbits Of Smoking

For my Dad, known patient of hypertention, habbits of smoking 5-8 perday, and drinking occationally. Now he maintained BP 130/80, No sugar and other problems.
As per latest ultra sound abdomen scanning, Liver is enlarged in size measuring 16.1cms with increased homogenrous echotexture. Gall bladder is normal in distention and shows few calculi, largest measuring 9.0 mm. Wall thickness is normal. In right kidney, Simple renal cortical cyst of size 2.0 * 2.1cms noted in upper pole. Impression, Hepatomegaly with fatty infiltration, Cholelithiasis and Right simple renal cortical cyst.
