For My Very First Time I Have Used Up &

For my very first time I have used up & up nasal spay once one spray on friday the 12th it worked i could breath in about 5 mins but I realised 30 mins later I had no taste I was eating tai food and could taste nothing. It is now the 15th and i still have zero taste or smell. all last week even being stuffy I could still taste and smell before I used the product. The internet is scary when you read that people have completely lost it on these products what should I do?
