For Nearly 4 Months I Have Had Difficulty Urinating. I

For nearly 4 months I have had difficulty urinating. I am 54 years old, and the symptoms began when I relapsed using freebase cocaine, and presently methamphetamine. I am a verteran and receive treatment there. In November, the ER provider prescribed antibiotics for prostatis (sp) without doing a digital exam - based on urine sample. The inability to urinate has continued to get worse, and now very painful as the urine passes through the urethra. The pain is a seven to eight as the urine comes up the urethra, and then subsides to about a 3-4 once it begins to exit the penis. The is a detectable amount of blood in the uring (cannot see it), and about six to eight white blood cells. I cannot get a stream, nor can I stop it.
