For Nearly A Month I Have Had A Tight Chest,

For nearly a month I have had a tight chest, unproductive high-pitched chesty cough and intermittent sore throat. Went to GP but she said no wheezing or noises in chest. Have taken asthma meds, antiobiotics, cough suppressants and even GERD medication without improvement. Am frightened I may have a chronic bronchial condition or lung cancer. Can you please help?
