For Over 1 Month+, I've Been Getting Recurring Bumps On

For over 1 month+, I've been getting recurring bumps on EXACTLY my penis circumcision scar line. They come and go in different places but always on the scar line.

I'm 30 years old. Circumcised at birth. The bumps get itchy sometimes and appears like it has fluid inside. In terms of size, the bumps aren't really big, about the size of a pimple. It usually last not more than a week then goes then reappear approximately a week later.

Please help. It's making me seriously depressed and causing anxiety.
