For Over 10 Days Now I Have Been Experiencing Pain

For over 10 days now I have been experiencing pain in my bladder area. I didn't feel it was a UTI because it didn't resemble any I had ever had. But I contacted my doctor and he ordered a urine test. It showed a slight infection and I was on a 5 day treatment of antibiotic. 3 days after being off it the pain is now back. So I went in and saw him today and they ordered another check and it showed no infection. What should I do next? He said I should wait and see if it goes away then contact him if it persists. This is not what I want to do. I know my body better than this and the pain is draining me. Any suggestions? Thank you, Natalie
