For Over 2 Months I Have Had A Severe Stopped

For over 2 months I have had a severe stopped nose with extreme internal congestion . This sometimes leads to a low grade fever. For the past 4 days I have had a watery diarrhea all day, not excessive fever but higher. Mildly upset stomach, head ache . Extreme notice in energy level. When I do attempt normal activities my heart seems to pound.
