For Over A Month, I Have Had Needles And Pins

For over a month, I have had needles and pins over most of the body except the scalp is itchy. I don't have any rashes.
I have been blood tests done. Negative for Lyme disease, B12 okay and don't have diabetes. My internist recommended I see a neurologist.
