For Over Two Months I Have Had A Bladder Infection

For over two months I have had a bladder infection as well as not being able to control my bladder. More recently I have tenderness under the left rib cage and not feeling well. Is this connected. I have a urologist, but he doesnt know about the tenderness under the lefet rib cage which started a few days ago. antibiotics to do not seem to help. Thank you for your advice.
