For Past Three Days; Have Not Had A Bowel Movement.

For past three days; have not had a bowel movement. Sunday had loose stools with cramps. Today, I finally had small bowel movement though it had attached to it tissue/mucus. Been very gassy as well lately; without bowel movements & random stomach pains that come and go.
