For Past Three Weeks I've Been Having A Mild Itch

For past three weeks I've been having a mild itch in between my legs in groin area that extends to the back side of my scrotum. It feels very sticky as well. I though it is Fungal infection and have tried Nystatin and Clotrimazole creams and have been using baby powder to keep the area Dry but it has not stopped.
Please advice...
