For Past Two Weeks I Have Been Getting What Feels

For past two weeks I have been getting what feels like a crawly feeling in my groin and radiates to thigh. Comes on suddenly and awakes me at night. No redness , bumps or any kind of irritation noted. Happens during the day as well and I find myself itching a lot. Can you help? Is there a creme I can apply? Could this be from nerve endings?
