For Past Wk And A Half I've Been Having Muscle

For past wk and a half I've been having muscle cramps just above my right breast in the chest area. I do slow stretching and pulling back then forth slowly to ease the cramping. But why? I have had itchy breasts for years and scratching does seems to help, but it continues maybe every 2 to 3 nights mostly, nights. I've been told by doctors that I have fibroids in my left breasts. Does this make me more likely as a candidate of that disease?
