For Probably 15 Years I've Been Taking Lysoniprol (40mg) W

For probably 15 years I've been taking Lysoniprol (40mg) w diuretic Spiro lactone and due to the intense dry cough that became progressively worse, my new MD just switched me over to Losartan (25mg) w/ same diuretic. I've been on Losartan w same diuretic for almost a month now but am concerned that the last few days I have had both swollen ankles now. Could the Losartan be the cause even after just 1 month of taking Losartan?? Will see what next week brings and will go back to the new MD if my swollen ankle symptoms continue daily.
