For Quite Some Time Now- I Have Been Periodically Without

For quite some time now- i have been periodically without any warning signs getting-Burning at the tip of the penis -and also when urinating--with some light pressure and burning by the anus---giving me frequent urination- and uncontrollable- urination---and 3,4 hrs -- or a day later it goes away-completely---
Note-- i have had several urine cultures done---the last one less then
5-6 weeks ago-- they all come back Negative---
