For Rhe Past 5 Months I Have Been Suffering With

For rhe past 5 months I have been suffering with a "sick feeling" syndrome which includes the onset of a chill followed by a period of feeling sick (without fever) upon standing up from a sitting or supine position. Generally, I am not dizzy or nauseous with this syndrome. What can this be caused by???
