For Several Days Now, I've Experienced A Sharp, Short Burst

For several days now, I've experienced a sharp, short burst of pain over my right parietal/temporal bones (the suture line is the closest area I can determine), lasting 10-15 seconds. Once that subsides, I feel a constant pressure/mild throbbing in that area. I have no sinus pressure, but I do have a strong hx of sinusitis. This feels different than that. It's as if that side of my head feels heavy. Neither anti-inflammatories nor anti-histamines have helped. I don't want to waste my MD's time if this is something thata is relatively benign that can be resolved on its own. I did have an quick MRI last month due to left arm weakness and headache, however it was normal.
I appreciate any guidance you may provide.
