For Several Hours Now Today, Sunday, On The Base Of

For several hours now today, Sunday, on the base of my right buttock by the thigh, it feels like there's a heater inside my body at that location, and periodically it heats up (inside my body). It comes and goes fairly fast, but it's definitely there. Never had it before. Help. Thanks
