For Several Months I Have Been Dealing With Severe Eye

For several months I have been dealing with severe eye and ear itching. I have developed red rashes on both ears and on one eye. The eye scares me because the rash is starting to climb down to my eyelid. One dermatologist thought it was psoriasis but another one said it was eczema.
