For Several Months I've Experienced Flu-like Symptoms. Achy All Over,

For several months I've experienced flu-like symptoms. Achy all over, feverish but no fever, sweats, (day or night) and general malaise as well as muscle stiffness. I truly feel like I have some sort of infection going on, like something is just not right. I've been on Biologics for about 6-8 years for psoriatic arthritis and psoriasis so know I do have an inflammatory condition. This is Not menopause...as I've been surgically menopause for 30 years. I'm thinking I should see my PCP and request some labs....?
